As one of the projects of the Hungarian Esports Development Foundation, we created Gladiators’ Arena, a unique 2v2 League of Legends tournament.
Players who advanced through the qualifiers had the opportunity to compete alongside well-known gamers and content creators, with the finals broadcast live. The tournament featured a HUF 500,000 prize pool – a significant amount for a community-level esports competition in Hungary – giving players real stakes and even more motivation to compete.
Our goal was to bring competitive esports, community and entertainment together in a format that was exciting both for the players and for those watching.
