Sport, education, health, mental hygiene and esports. They look like different fields, yet what interests me is how they can be connected so that something new and valuable is born from them.

About
Curiosity took me from sport through education and health promotion to esports, and then into mental hygiene and entrepreneurship.
As a PE teacher, coach and health promoter I learned how much the right method and a supportive environment matter. As an educator I learned how to pass on knowledge, motivate people and build community. Esports showed me what becomes possible when we apply existing knowledge to a new field with fresh eyes.
I do not really believe that a person has to fit into a single field. What interests me are the meeting points: what sport and esports, performance and mental wellbeing, or education and community-building can learn from one another.
This way of thinking produced Afterglow’s coaching programme, later MozGo and the Hungarian Foundation for Esports Development as well. I enjoy learning and experimenting, but I feel knowledge is most valuable when something that actually works in practice is born from it.
Focus
Movement is both play and challenge for me. I like the process when something is hard at first and then, with practice, becomes more and more natural. Growth does not only mean that we can do more today. It also means keeping the freedom and joy of movement in the long run.
Good teaching is not about someone simply doing what we ask. It really works when they understand what they are doing, dare to ask questions, and become more independent over time.
As a mental hygiene specialist I am especially interested in how modern life affects our physical and mental health. The digital world, a sedentary lifestyle and lifestyle diseases are challenges that, in my view, cannot be treated separately. I want to know how movement, health promotion and mental hygiene can give a shared answer.
I am most interested in problems that have no ready recipe. I like trying new approaches, testing them, and then building a usable system from what works.
Projects
Founder & coach · 2025–
MozGo started from a simple question: how can people move and grow regularly so that it is not a duty, but a natural and enjoyable part of life?
I created it so that movement development, health and the experience I gained in sport can meet in a system that can accompany people from childhood to adulthood.
For me MozGo is not simply a set of trainings. We are building a community and a system where every age has its own challenge, consistency has value, and growth is not a race against others, but a path that can keep being built.
Managing director · 2018–
Afterglow’s story began when Hungarian esports was still at a very different level. We were among the first to found an esports club in Hungary, and in a short time we became one of the defining organisations on the domestic scene.
In the games we competed in we ranked among the country’s most successful teams, but even then results were not all that interested me. We started looking at how coaching, pedagogical and performance-development methods from traditional sport can be translated into esports.
Along those lines we built a coaching programme, ran training, and created a professional system that treats players not simply as gamers, but as esports athletes whose development can be intentional.
In 2021 the Hungarian Esports Federation recognised this work by naming me Esports Manager of the Year.
Founder & board member · 2025–
With the Hungarian Foundation for Esports Development we started thinking not about a single team, but about the wider Hungarian esports community.
We created high-prize tournaments and professional broadcasts, and we involved well-known gamers and content creators. The aim was for competitive esports and the social, entertaining side of gaming to meet in one place.
We want to build events worth competing in, worth watching, and able to bring new people into esports.
In development
My next project is still taking shape. As a mental hygiene specialist I want to work on programmes that look for practical answers to the physical and mental challenges of modern life.
I am especially interested in the effect of the digital world, a sedentary lifestyle, lifestyle diseases and their link to mental health. I want to connect everything I have learned so far in sport, health promotion, education and community-building.

What I believe
A good question is often worth more than a ready answer. I like discovering new fields, understanding how they work, and finding the connections from which something new can be born.
There is always a next level. In sport, in learning, at work and as a person. Results matter, but I am at least as interested in the path that leads there.
A good idea becomes valuable when something actually happens with it. I like experimenting, building systems and turning theory into programmes that work in real life.
Personal
Sport has never been just a job for me. I train regularly, I like racket sports and hiking — I simply like being in motion!
Then there is my other arena: gaming. Video games were part of my life long before I started working with esports professionally. I play Dota 2 at Immortal level, I previously reached Master in League of Legends, and I still follow the professional scene closely.
That is probably why sport and gaming met so naturally for me: in both I love competition, strategy, and the moment when something finally works that did not work before.
